30-night sleep trial

We want you to love your btrrsleep topper. Try it at home for up to 30 nights from the delivery date. If you're not happy, contact us at hello@btrrsleep.com and we'll arrange a return.

How to return

  1. Email us at hello@btrrsleep.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the topper securely and drop the package off with the carrier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

What's refunded

You'll receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. There are no restocking fees.

Conditions

  • The topper must be returned in clean, resellable condition.
  • One trial return per household.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
  • Bundle pricing applies to the bundle as a whole. Returning part of a bundle may forfeit bundle savings.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@btrrsleep.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Cancellations

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel it for a full refund. Once it ships, the 30-night trial process applies.
